Multiflower Honey

This honey is harvested in the region of Aguascalientes, Mexico and the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
As its name indicates, it is a combination of the nectar of various blooms which makes it have an intense, particular flavor and a light or dark amber color.
This honey takes longer to crystallize than others, it can vary from 1 to 3 months, depending on the temperature to which it is exposed.
When it crystallizes it becomes a very solid consistency.

It has strong antidepressant, antibacterial, diuretic and healing properties.
Fights headaches, bones, kidneys and brain pain.
It is used in therapies for nervous conditions, such as hysteria, neurasthenia, nervous depression caused by sorrow or moral affections, as well as in states of intellectual weakness or fatigue.
Excellent for relief of cough and sore throat.
Improves the immune system.
