Mezquite Honey

As its name indicates, it is made from the nectar of the Mesquite flower, which makes it have a mild flavor and a light yellow or white color.
This honey crystallizes quickly, around 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the temperature to which it is exposed.
When it crystallizes it becomes a very creamy consistency.

This honey has the properties of stabilizing sugar levels in people with diabetes and helps level blood glucose.
It also has antibacterial properties that strengthen the immune system, in addition to being antimicrobial and antiseptic that helps heal wounds.
On the other hand, mesquite honey is rich in minerals such as zinc, potassium, boron, manganese, magnesium, calcium, selenium, copper and sodium, necessary for the vital functions of the body.
